EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

  • All returns must be sent back within 5 working days (Malaysia).  

  • Any item(s) returned to us without consulting our customer service beforehand would not be entertained. Customers need to bear 2-ways postage of the item(s).

  • Returns and exchange are not applicable for bras. All return item(s) must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed.

  • Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If colour runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable. 

  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria as will be strictly declined and forfeited.

  • All return must include the Invoice Slip. The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email you once the item is received. This normally takes 2-3 working days.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.

  • HAWAII reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.

  • Rejected parcel(s) that caused by undelivered address, wrong contact number and/or nobody home when the delivery is attempted. Customers will have to pay the additional shipping fee for re-sending the parcels. We will inform the customer by email or phone call on the rejected parcel(s). However, parcel that is unclaimed after 10 days from the date of email notification will be disposed and become non-claimable. 

  • Colour of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of colour variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.  Product colour or may vary due to the color calibration of the individual devices, hence exchange is not allowed.

  • There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please email us your stats to gauge your best fit.
